Changes to Clinical System

The provider of our clinical system - Emis Health - is changing certain technical aspects of the way in which it delivers services to us.  This will not impact the delivery of services to patients but we wanted to let you know about the changes in case you have any questions.  Click Here for More Information and Impact Assessment to read the Data Protection Impact Assessment

Meeting notes 26-1-17

As a Practice, we are always aiming to ensure we provide the best possible services for our patients.

To help us do this, we have a group of patients who we occasionally contact, usually by email, to ask general questions about how the Practice is doing and about any improvements we could make. We really value the comments and suggestions that they provide.

All patients aged 18 and over can be members of the Patient Participation Group.

If you would like to join, and have a regular opportunity to comment on how we provide services to you, please contact the Practice Manager on 01359 251192 or email Your contact details will be kept safely and securely and will only be used for this purpose and not shared with anyone else. We will keep contact to a minimum.
