Physiotherapist Appointments Did you know that you can ask the receptionist to book you in to be assessed by one of our physios. In most instances you do not need to see the GP first. Please discuss with the receptionist if you feel you would benefit from an assessment with the physiotherapist.

When We Are Closed

If you need urgent medical care or advice when the surgery is closed then ring the normal surgery telephone number. Your call will be transferred to the out of hours provider who will take details from you. You will be contacted by a member of the clinical team there and may be asked to attend a base at Eye or the West Suffolk Hospital for treatment. If clinically necessary you will receive a home visit.

All details of any contact with the out of hours team are sent to the surgery before 8.00am so that the practice is aware of your consultation.
